Using Stockite
These terms describe the basis on which you access Stockite and use its inventory and sales workspace. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
If you act on behalf of a business, you must be authorised to use the service and manage information for that business.
Accounts & your team
Provide accurate account details, verify your email address, and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for informing support if you suspect unauthorised access.
Workspace administrators manage team invitations, roles, and access. Review permissions when a person’s responsibilities change or they leave your organisation.
Your business information
Your business retains its rights in the information it adds to Stockite. You authorise the processing of that information to provide the features you use, including storing records, producing reports, and sending invoices or notifications you request.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your products, prices, stock records, customer details, invoices, and other business information. Review information before confirming transactions or sharing documents. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled.
Acceptable use
Use Stockite only for lawful business purposes. Do not access another organisation’s information without permission, share malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use the service to send unauthorised communications.
Do not upload information or materials you do not have the right to use. Keep copies of business records you need independently of the service.
Plans & payments
Available plans and prices are shown on the website and in your workspace. Review the billing period, amount, and payment details before confirming a purchase. Any additional terms shown at checkout apply to that purchase.
Payment processing is provided by a third party. Contact support about billing questions, plan changes, or a payment that does not appear correctly in your workspace.
Service availability
Stockite may change as features are improved. Access can be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems, network issues, or third-party services. Do not rely on uninterrupted availability.
Stockite supports operational recordkeeping; you remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking records against your accounting, tax, and other obligations.
Ending or restricting access
Contact support if you wish to close your account or workspace. Before requesting closure, consider which records your business needs to retain and coordinate with your workspace administrator.
Access may be restricted to address security concerns, misuse, or a breach of these terms. Data retention and deletion are considered separately from account access, as described in the privacy policy.
Questions & updates
Visit the help center for questions about these terms or your use of Stockite. The terms may be revised as the service changes; the date above identifies the latest revision.
